Terms and Conditions - Edgware Storage
Welcome to Edgware Storage. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our storage services. By accessing or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
- Company: Edgware Storage.
- User: Any individual or entity who rents storage space.
- Agreement: The contract between the Company and the User.
2. Rental Agreement
The Rental Agreement defines the terms under which the User can utilize the storage units provided by Edgware Storage.
2.1 Duration
The rental period begins on the start date and continues on a monthly basis until terminated by either party.
2.2 Payment Terms
- Payments are due on the first day of each month.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
- All payments must be made via approved methods as outlined in your account details.
3. Access to Storage Units
Users are granted access to their storage units between 7 AM and 10 PM daily. Access outside these hours may require prior arrangement.
4. Use of Storage Units
Storage units must be used solely for storing personal or business items. The following restrictions apply:
- No hazardous materials.
- No illegal items.
- Units must not be used for any commercial activities not specified in the Agreement.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement:
- Storage of perishable goods.
- Use of storage space for illegal trading or activities.
- Modification of storage unit structure without prior consent.
6. Liability
Edgware Storage is not liable for any loss or damage to items stored unless it results from the Company's negligence. Users are encouraged to insure their belongings.
7. Insurance
While Edgware Storage provides basic coverage, it is the User's responsibility to obtain comprehensive insurance for their stored items.
8. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the Agreement with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination, Users must vacate the storage unit by the specified date, ensuring all items are removed.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with the laws governing the jurisdiction of Edgware Storage.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the region in which Edgware Storage operates.
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Edgware Storage reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our official communication channels.
12. Privacy Policy
All personal information provided by Users is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring confidentiality and security.
13. Force Majeure
Edgware Storage is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen events.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire Agreement between Edgware Storage and the User, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
